These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fox Betapoint Speaker ("Speaker") provided by Betapoint Technologies. By using the Speaker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Speaker.

1.      Ownership and License: The Speaker, including all associated software, hardware, and intellectual property rights, are owned and operated by Betapoint Technologies. Betapoint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Speaker for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.      Use of Speaker: You may use the Speaker only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Speaker for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

3.      Privacy Policy: Your use of the Speaker is subject to Betapoint's Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Speaker, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

4.      Warranty and Disclaimer: The Speaker comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Betapoint Technologies warrants that the Speaker will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair. If there is any major hardware issue from Betapoint's side, the customer can bring forth the device for repair under warranty. If the product is damaged by the customer, Betapoint is not liable for free service, and repair will be charged accordingly.

5.      Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Betapoint be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Speaker, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6.      Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Betapoint, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Speaker.

7.      Modifications to Terms: Betapoint reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Speaker after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

8.      Termination: Betapoint may terminate or suspend your access to the Speaker at any time without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

9.      Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
